I became a Tutornova Mentor because…

All throughout my university studies, I have been a tutor and know all too well the struggles of trying to simultaneously succeed at school, maintain a social life and get sleep. I disagree with the common saying that out of these three goals you can only pick two. I believe that with the right teachers and guidance in place, you can achieve all three!

One piece of advice for students with big dreams is….

Keep dreaming, your dreams will never be perfect.

My biggest challenge in the HSC was…

Trying to balance success at school with sleep and a social life.

I overcame this challenge by…

Routine, routine, routine. And after this routine came planning for more routines.

I’d describe my teaching style as…

Vigorous and very down to earth, yet structured and accommodating for all types of students.

If I could go back in time to when I was in high school I would tell myself…

Listen to your teachers more.

I keep motivated through hard times by…

Setting goals.

My philosophy is…

Life will never end the way you expect, and if it does it would be boring.
